Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

All orders placed with Ho Yin Limited are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. A confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the customer once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the selected delivery method. Ho Yin Limited offers standard shipping and express shipping options. Delivery timeframes vary by location. Standard shipping typically requires 5 to 10 business days for domestic addresses and 10 to 20 business days for international addresses. Express shipping reduces these timeframes by approximately 50%.

Ho Yin Limited is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier delays, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer. The customer assumes responsibility for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. Ho Yin Limited does not pre-pay these charges.

Returns Policy

Ho Yin Limited accepts returns for eligible items within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. This policy applies to all products purchased directly from wa10.watchhousesale.com.

Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors, stains, or damage. All original tags, seals, and packaging must remain intact and attached. Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox without any scuff marks on the soles. Intimate apparel, swimwear, and accessories such as jewelry are not eligible for return if the hygiene seal has been removed or broken. Final sale items marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.

Return Process

The customer must follow the steps below to complete a return.

Step 1: Submit Return Request
The customer must log in to the account on wa10.watchhousesale.com or access the order confirmation email to initiate the return. The return request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. The customer must select the item to return and provide the reason for the return.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Upon approval of the return request, Ho Yin Limited will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label if applicable. The customer must print the packing slip or confirmation email containing the RMA number.

Step 3: Prepare and Ship the Package
The customer must pack the item securely in the original packaging or a sturdy carton. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. The customer is responsible for affixing the return shipping label or arranging shipment through a preferred carrier. The return package must be shipped to the following address:

Step 4: Inspection and Refund
Once the return package is received at the facility, Ho Yin Limited will inspect the item within 5 business days. A refund will be processed if the item meets the eligibility conditions. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Refund Details

Refund Timeline
A refund requires a minimum processing period of 14 business days from the date the return package is delivered to the returns facility. The total time between shipping the return and receiving the refund depends on the shipping carrier’s transit time and the financial institution’s processing schedule.

Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. The refund amount excludes the original shipping cost paid at checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Cost
The customer bears all costs associated with return shipping. Ho Yin Limited does not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns unless the return is due to a verified error by Ho Yin Limited, such as an incorrect item shipped or a defective product.

PayPal Refunds
For orders paid via PayPal, the refund processing time adheres to the standard 14-day minimum processing period established by Ho Yin Limited. For customers residing in jurisdictions where local consumer protection laws mandate a specific refund timeframe for PayPal transactions, the refund will be processed within the period required by law. In such jurisdictions, the refund period may extend to 30 days from the date the return is confirmed.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and may not be returned: gift cards, face masks, undergarments, swimwear with adhesive seals, and items explicitly marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the customer must contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Ho Yin Limited will provide instructions for returning the item. In these instances, Ho Yin Limited will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund or a replacement at no additional charge.
